In 2024, the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology and swop will jointly host the Food Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing (Shanghai) Forum during swop. The forum will focus on topics such as food visual analytics, machine learning and food science, smart food manufacturing, AI and food production, food big data computing, food digital management, and food packaging with artificial intelligence. The forum will gather food buyers from around the world to discuss the path to innovation-driven development and showcase cutting-edge processing and packaging technologies, aiding food producers in realizing intelligent and automated production and improving food safety.
Save Food (China) Forum
In response to the global initiative Save Food jointly launched by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Messe Düsseldorf, and interpack, a series of events, including the Save Food (China) Forum and Award Ceremony for the Save Food Design Award & Sustainability Design Award China, will continue to be held at swop 2024.
