GalvoMaster showcases solvent recovery system at Intrapack 2025

-

GalvoMaster showcased its solvent recovery system at the Intrapack 2025 exhibition with the display of its flagship Galvomaster Industrial Water and Air Chillers, positioning the system as a robust solution for demanding manufacturing and process-industry environments. Designed for precise temperature control and continuous operation, the Galvomaster chillers are engineered to support critical industrial processes where thermal stability directly impacts productivity, safety, and product quality.

At Intrapack, the company highlighted that Galvomaster chillers are built using premium-grade components and advanced thermodynamic engineering to deliver consistent performance even under peak load conditions and high ambient temperatures typical of Indian industrial settings. The systems are available in both water-cooled and air-cooled configurations and are suitable for 24×7 duty cycles, with cooling capacities ranging from 5 TR to 200 TR and temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C.

Speaking at the exhibition, Virat Jaiswal said, “Our focus with Galvomaster has been to create an industrial chiller that customers can rely on in real-world conditions. These machines are designed not just for performance on paper, but for long-term reliability in harsh, high-ambient environments where uninterrupted cooling is critical.”

The Galvomaster range is manufactured to ISO-grade quality standards and can be custom-built based on specific duty cycles and heat load requirements. Depending on capacity needs, the chillers are equipped with scroll, reciprocating, or screw compressors, using eco-friendly refrigerants such as R22, R407C, R410A, and R134a. High coefficients of performance (COP) help reduce power consumption, while optional multi-compressor configurations provide step-loading, redundancy, and improved energy efficiency.

Component selection was another key highlight at the company’s stand. GalvoMaster uses compressors from Emerson and Danfoss, expansion valves from Danfoss and Alco, electricals from Schneider, L&T, and Siemens, and pumps from Kirloskar. The rugged construction includes heavy-duty GI or MS powder-coated frames, anti-vibration compressor mounting, high-pressure galvanized water piping, and weatherproof enclosures, with IP55 protection available as an option.

Applications for the Galvomaster chillers span chemical and solvent processing, pharmaceutical and laboratory cooling, plastic injection moulding, HVAC systems, laser cutting machines, food and beverage processing, electroplating, hydraulic oil cooling, and textile and printing equipment. Water chillers are offered with plate heat exchangers or shell-and-tube evaporators, while air chillers feature copper tube–aluminium fin condensers with hydrophilic coated fins and anti-corrosive surface treatment.

“Energy efficiency and serviceability were key considerations during development,” Jaiswal added. “With features like optional VFD control for pumps and fans, and readily available spares backed by strong after-sales support, Galvomaster is engineered to deliver low operating costs over its lifecycle.”
