Flint Group will present its latest advancements in ink and coating technologies at Labelexpo Europe 2025, from 16 to 19 September 2025 in Barcelona, Spain. Following the launch of its Flexocure LEAP technology, the company plans to showcase a range of solutions aimed at addressing emerging challenges in the narrow web label and packaging sector.

Flint Group will highlight its Flexocure LEAP technology, with experts available at stand 3E55/3G55 to guide visitors through evolving legislation, compliance requirements, and emerging developments shaping food packaging migration management.

Niklas Olsson, product manager Europe, said, “Knowledge is the new currency for printers navigating food packaging, and at Flint Group we’re supporting our customers with solutions and guidance to anticipate what’s coming next. Our presence at Labelexpo Europe is all about helping printers and converters navigate tomorrow’s challenges and adapt to regulatory shifts, sustainability challenges, and the opportunities that new ink and coating solutions offer. We look forward to insightful discussions on how ink and coating innovations can drive progress for your business.”

Marc Heylen, senior director NW R&D & technology, said, “Converters today are up against migration risks that can compromise not only food safety, but also brand integrity. Flexocure LEAP was engineered specifically to address these concerns, harnessing a revolutionary technology that minimises migration well beyond the standards required. At Labelexpo Europe you can be among the first to discover its benefits for supporting compliance and creating safer food packaging.”

Flint Group will also present a range of solutions designed to enhance productivity and deliver added value for label and narrow web converters. Key highlights include the UV Flexo FCM Super Opaque White, a portfolio of UV coatings engineered to create striking visual and tactile effects, and the Evolution range, now tailored for food contact material (FCM) applications. The line-up also features the expanding EkoCure family of dual-curing inks and coatings, recognized for driving progress in UV LED printing technologies.

Finally, Flint Group’s VIVO Colour Solutions team will discuss and demonstrate the latest addition to its VIVO platform – VIVO Colour Match. This online tool is designed to simplify brand color matching and press return management, offering functionality unmatched by any other solution on the market today.
