Patparganj Industrial Area-based Flexo Image Graphics (FIG) recently organized its annual meet at its head office in New Delhi. The 3-day event, held from 8-10 May 2023, provided a platform for the company’s employees, partners, and customers to connect, share experiences and learn from each other.

FIG represents several overseas brands for printing and post-printing operations, along with consumables for India and the neighboring countries. These include Eson, Luster, Mark Andy, Kluge, Presstek, Rhyguan, Rotoflex and Maxcess.

Gourav Roy, managing director, FIG, says, “The FIG annual meet each year is a celebration of togetherness, where we discuss various aspects of business and market situation. We focus on activities, such as team building, training and cultivating ideas keeping the market trends and needs. I am very proud to say that we work as a strong joint family helping each other grow and develop. Our main focus has been service, and this year, we decided to add more resources to increase our standards.”

Referring to the increasing input cost, Roy says, to ease the challenges for converters, FIG will soon launch training programs for operators. This will include their theoretical and hands-on training. “We will also be focusing on the efficiency and productivity improvement of the existing assets for converters,” he says.

“The annual meet is a great opportunity for us to connect with our colleagues, partners, and customers. It’s a platform where we can share our experiences and learn from each other, which helps us to improve our services and products,” says M Suresh, technical sales Manager, FIG.
