EyeC wraps up successful show at interpack 2026

-

EyeC exhibited its automated artwork and print inspection solutions at interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf from 7–13 May 2026, using the international trade show to hold discussions with customers, partners, and industry representatives from the packaging and processing sector.

This year’s interpack was defined by three major themes: innovation, automation, and sustainable packaging processes. EyeC said it addressed each of these directly with a comprehensive product portfolio, reinforcing its commitment to making quality control across the entire production workflow more efficient, more reliable, and future-proof.

The highlight of EyeC’s stand was the new Proofiler Graphic Connect. This system-independent SaaS solution enables automated inspection of print-ready files and step-and-repeat files – flexible, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into prepress workflows without any dependency on existing system infrastructures. Also demonstrated was the AI-powered inline inspection on the EyeC ProofRunner Web Evo. The modular inline inspection system, installed on a Bobcat BRM press by the French machine manufacturer DCM, showcased how intelligent quality control can be seamlessly integrated into modern printing equipment. Rounding out the portfolio were the scanner-based offline systems EyeC Proofiler 600 DT and 1200 DT. Designed for fast and comprehensive sample and incoming goods inspections, these systems are particularly well-suited for applications with the highest quality demands, such as pharmaceutical packaging, package inserts, and safety-critical printed materials.

“interpack 2026 was an invaluable industry gathering for us and a chance to share our latest developments in direct dialogue with the market,” said André Schwarz, director of marketing and documentation at EyeC. “The strong interest in our solutions confirms that automated quality control is no longer a nice-to-have. It has become a core building block for efficient, sustainable, and reliable packaging processes all the way from prepress to production.”
