Emmepi Group completes acquisition of Avanti Conveyors

Emmepi Group has completed the acquisition of Avanti Conveyors, a move that strengthens its global presence in the corrugated packaging industry. Following the acquisition, Avanti Conveyors will now operate under the new name, Emmepi Group UK.

The transition reflects the integration of Avanti Conveyors into the wider Emmepi Group. The team at Emmepi Group UK will provide customers with enhanced engineering expertise, manufacturing capability and support through a stronger international organization.

David Williams, chief executive officer of Emmepi Group UK, said, “We are now eager to move forward, strengthening our position in the market and continuing to deliver exceptional service to our clients.”

All existing contracts, agreements and ongoing projects will continue seamlessly without interruption, and existing contact details will remain unchanged.
