At drupa 2024, Comexi introduced several innovations and technological solutions for the flexible packaging industry. One of the major attractions was the new Comexi F1 Evolution flexographic press. This highly automated press, featuring the latest advances in job setup, can reach a production speed of 600 m/min. The Comexi F1 Evolution, noted for its print quality and robustness, was among the advanced presses featured at the event.

Additionally, Comexi introduced the new Comexi D4 Digital Press, designed specifically for personalized flexible packaging jobs and very short runs. This press is ideal for tasks requiring variable codes, personalizations, and promotions, effectively freeing up more productive presses for longer runs.

Complementing its technological displays, Comexi hosted the Sustainable Packaging Showroom. This seminar, dedicated to sustainability and emerging trends in the packaging sector, brought together experts to discuss and share knowledge on how the industry can move towards more sustainable and responsible practices.

Celebrating 70 years of innovation

Comexi celebrated its 70th anniversary with a festive event at its stand. The celebration featured speeches by Comexi president Manel Xifra and CEO Pau Xifra, highlighting the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence.
