According to Kirubakaran RV, “Emerging as the single source for quality label requirements, from paper to film, to hot foil stamped labels, to tamper evident, temperature sensitive and laminated labels, the need to meet and exceed the needs of our customers has always kept us on our toes. We have invested in the Mark Andy 2200 label press to fulfill the incresed demand for high quality labels.”

The benchmark in label printing equipment featuring technologies as advanced web tension management, self-aligning cassettes and superior drying and curing systems, the Mark Andy 2200 is one of the most flexible and productive presses in the market today. Providing maximum versatility and flexibility to support any expanding business, the versatility of the 2200 allows it to be used for a wide variety of converting applications employing pressure sensitive stock, paper, foil, gummed stock, heat seal material, light weight tag and data processing stock, plus print both sides of the web in a single pass.

Gourav Roy, managing director for Flexo Image Graphics comments, “Due to the increasing demand for high-end labels for the pharmaceutical industry and food & beverage labels, Tridev saw a need to expand the company’s production capacity. As a result, the company will now be able to widen its existing supply of labels thanks to the high running speeds and fast change-overs, while offering top quality printing to their customers.”

Today the company has a good clientele base in various industries and we feel quite proud that we have managed to grow even in a highly competitive market. I have no doubt that the key to our success has been quality labels, short delivery times and consistency,” summed up Kirubakaran RV.
