At the Paperex exhibition which took place in New Delhi from 1 to 4 November 2017, BST Eltromat India displayed its range of products for the paper industry. The company displayed its tension control system with pneumatic brakes and controllers, 100% surface inspection system, web guides and a product called Roll Pusher for pushing ready rolls of paper up to 20 tonnes.

Speaking about the pneumatic multi-disk brake displayed at the show, Khushal Patel, director – sales and marketing, BST eltromat India, said, “The pneumatic brake has absolute stability in tension control at any speed. The system is capable of delivering consistent brake performance in the most arduous of applications with the minimum of maintenance.”

Speaking to The Packman, Patel said that the surface inspection system displayed at the show comes with new innovations. “It is a 100% defect detection system developed especially for the paper industry. All kinds of defects – be it on coated or non coated paper – can be detected and classified as per the customer’s requirement along with the job report. The size of the defects can also be determined and can be set by the customer,” said Patel.

Patel shared that BST eltromat India is working towards targeting every relevant segment and customer of the market. “To be competitive, we have to first ensure that we become the first choice of the customers. To increase our market-share, it is important that our customers are aware of whatever products we are selling,” said Patel.

Readers can meet the BST eltromat India team once again at PlastIndia (Hall 7 Stand H7B2) which takes place in Ahmedabad from 7 to 12 February 2018.
