Boxcraft, a box manufacturing company based in Gurugram, has added the iECHO PK 0705 Plus automatic intelligent cutting system to its production facility. Known for its focus on quality and customer service, the company continues to invest in new equipment to enhance its operations. The latest installation is part of Boxcraft’s ongoing efforts to gradually upgrade its printing and post-printing capabilities.

Supplied and installed by Packnology, iECHO PK 0705 Plus with 750 mm x 530 mm cutting area is capable of digitally cutting diverse materials with precision. “We manufacture boxes with a focus on meeting varied packaging needs of our clients from different sectors who are quality and accuracy conscious. As part of manufacturing process, we first show them the prototypes of their products to test and validate before going for full-scale final production. Our new iECHO PK 0705 Plus is the vigor behind the making of the prototypes impressive,” says Mahipal Choudhary, CEO of Boxcraft Technologies.

Choudhary adds, “As they say, ‘first impression is the last impression’, we strictly follow this adage as a rule to maintain quality of our prototypes. Certainly, every single prototype we produce on the iECHO PK 0705 Plus has turned out to be perfect and impressive to our clients. According to Choudhary, Boxcraft’s state-of-the-art production facility is fully equipped with an array of versatile printing machines for printing box graphics and a string of finishing equipment for digital cutting, laser engraving, routing, etc. “As every single machine or equipment in our facility plays its vital role, the iECHO PK 0705 Plus from Packnology is also doing it so impeccably in prototype making,” he adds.

Equipped with a fully automatic vacuum chuck, automatic lifting, feeding platform, and various advanced tools, iECHO PK 0705 Plus can quickly and precisely make through cutting, half cutting, creasing, and marking that suitably fit for making prototypes or samples. Cutting at the maximum speed of 1500mm/sec, this system features a universal cutting tool, creasing wheel, and kiss cut tool.

“Moreover, iECHO PK 0705 is a single machine for multitasking jobs. It’s capable of cutting, creasing, and marking.
