Bhatia Graphica, a premier prepress and premedia services trade shop for over 25 years, has installed a new flexo platemaking workflow from DuPont Cyrel Solutions. The company has expanded its flexo prepress business in the tag and label segment and chose Cyrel 1000 P solvent platemaking processor and Cyrel 1000 ECDLF exposure, dryer and light finisher unit, for its facility in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Jitendra Bhatia, director – Bhatia Graphica, said, “The proven performance and quality of flexo equipment and plates from DuPont Cyrel, combined with strong after-sales and service support from Cyrel India team, were key in this decision making.”

Bhatia Graphica has a state-of-the-art facility for flexo prepress and plates, complemented by a highly motivated and experienced team. This powerful combination empowers the company to tackle diverse challenges and create groundbreaking innovations for their valued customers.

Bhatia Graphica, founded in 1997 by Ram Bhatia, commenced its journey in the dry offset industry by providing zinc plates. A significant milestone in the company’s journey occurred in 2014 when it became a pioneer in offering metal-backed digital plates to the dry offset industry in India. In 2017, BG responded to the growing demand by investing in a second CtP system. This marked the beginning of their expansion into digital letterpress plates and, eventually, digital flexo plates.
