Bahubali Digiglam powers productivity with brand new Komori

A newly installed brand new Komori Lithrone GL37 has triggered the overall productivity of New Delhi-based Bahubali Digiglam, a name known for premium gifting items and value-added premium print solutions. The company has now strengthened its production capability following the installation of the new 37-inch 4-colour Komori offset press at its production setup in Patparganj Industrial Area in the capital city. The brand new sheet-fed offset press from Komori India was commissioned in June this year (2025).

Explaining why they deliberately invested in the Lithrone GL37, Akshat Jain, owner and spokesperson of Bahubali Digiglam, says, “The decision to choose this advanced Komori offset press was driven by our customers’ increasing demands for high-quality offset prints across the commercial and gifting applications at faster turnaround times. Finally, this modern and automated brand new Lithrone GL37 significantly meets the current market expectations of speed, consistency, and print quality.”

Bahubali Digiglam is a partnership initiative of Sanjeev Jain, Sanjay Jain, Kshitiz Jain, and Akshat Jain. The Jains take care of the entire business jointly without segmentations. Specialization in the company’s business revolves around paper- and board-based gifting products, such as gift boxes, sweets boxes, marriage boxes, chocolate & dry fruit boxes, trays, envelopes, wedding cards, and festive packaging for Diwali and other celebrations.

“We cater to both the corporate and traditional gifting markets, where quality, embellishment, and delivery timelines are critical. Amid the intensifying market competition and shrinking turnaround times, our new Lithrone GL37 enables us to produce high-volume prints efficiently,” says Akshat. “Currently, we comfortably cater to more than one lakh sheets in 24 hours with the brand new Komori press and we earn profit on 60,000 sheets as we stopped depending on job work. In short, Lithrone GL37 provides us with profitability and operational ease.”

When it comes to print embellishment, Bahubali Digiglam boasts of a fully-equipped eco-system comprising two MGI systems, which were installed in 2018 and 2020 respectively, and two Scodix systems installed in 2022 and 2024. On the other side, the company also runs a fully-automatic screen technology-based foiling setup for offering value-added premium finishes that stand out as unique among competitors. “After all, our brand new Lithrone GL37 in the setup is stably performing to deliver high-quality offset graphic prints in reduced make-ready times,” says Akshat.

Akshat adds, “Komori India’s strong presence in our area, its budget-friendly machines with a highly-committed after-sales service team – these are some key factors which impressed and instilled us to go for the Lithrone GL37. This new Komori machine marks Bahubali Digiglam’s first brand-new press in 25×37-inch format, adding to its existing fleet of around seven other presses. Operators at the company’s production setup already have the hands-on experience with Komori presses, ensuring a smooth transition and quick ramp-up.

Looking ahead, Bahubali Digiglam is evaluating a new investment in a 28 x 40-inch brand new Komori press with which they aim at diversifying further into packaging and labels, alongside its core commercial and gifting business. “We strongly believe that modern and automated presses are essential to stay competitive these days. This installation of the Komori Lithrone GL37 is just the first step as we continue to grow and adapt to the changing market demands,” says Akshat.
