Avery Dennison South Asia, a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions, has been recognized as one of the Best Organizations for Women 2026 by ET Edge, marking its sixth consecutive year of receiving this distinction. The recognition honours organizations that are actively advancing gender equity through inclusive policies, leadership representation, and workplace practices that enable women to grow and lead.

The award was presented by Kiran Bedi, former IPS officer, to Bhavprita Harshawardhan and Bhawna Luniyal, who accepted the recognition on behalf of Avery Dennison India team. The ceremony brought together leading organizations across sectors, spotlighting those that are setting benchmarks in building inclusive, future-ready workplaces through sustained action and leadership commitment.

The ET Edge Best Organizations for Women recognition is among India’s established benchmarks for workplace equity, evaluating organizations on key parameters such as policy frameworks, leadership diversity, employee experience, and cultural inclusion. Avery Dennison’s six-year presence on this list underscores a consistent and measurable approach to building an inclusive workplace, moving beyond intent to tangible impact.
