Weigang Machinery will display its high-speed ZJR-330 flexo press on stand K5 at Labelexpo India 2018. The press is fully servo controlled by Rexroth-Bosch, which comes standard with the latest sleeve technology and water chiller. The press is ideal for pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, in-mold labels, flexible packaging and special applications.
The ZJR-330 has an 8-color printing unit, with eight UV dryers and eight hot air dryers, making it suitable for both UV ink and water based ink printing. The press is equipped with basic functions like cold stamping, turn bar, delam/relam, diecutting and sheeter with conveyor. The ZJR-330 also enjoys perfect registration, stable performance, easy job changeover and a rapid setup.
