VINSAK installed a 10-color Synchroline full servo UV flexo press equipped with movable cold foil, chiller, two die-cutting stations with easy waste, slitter, turn-bar, re-lam, de-lam, sheeter, conveyer and lamination. VINSAK also installed USAR (universal Slitter Rewinder) 530 equipped and Thermal Inkjet system for variable data personalization.

Pritam Choudhary, director, Manipal Printing Press, said, “Three months back, VINSAK had installed all these machines at our Kenya plant. The combination of Synchroline with VINSAK USAR had made a lot of our print jobs easier. We were able to print on diverse substrates with a quick turnaround time. But the main advantage was that we were able to explore more of Kenya’s packaging market as we can print on 12-micron film to 450 gsm boards. We wanted to expand our capacity of the Nigerian printing plant, hence a repeat order to VINSAK.”

Choudhary added “A machine worth millions becomes useless if you don’t have a good service backup. We are extremely happy with VINSAK for their active service and support systems and hope they continue to provide such quality products.”

Ranesh Bajaj, director, VINSAK, said, “It’s a wonderful experience to know that years of planning and efforts have started paying off. We are extremely pleased to receive a repeat order from Mr. Pritam.”

Bajaj added, “It’s good to see a positive response from the printing industry for Synchroline press and VINSAK USAR. We are continuously developing and adding new features to our star product VINSAK USAR. Last year also, we had released more versions of the USAR to print on small wads and launched a new USAR Lite. We hope to add more features and to match the rising expectations of packaging industry from VINSAK.”
