Vinsak joins hands with Technocut

Vinsak has partnered with Spain-based Technocut which specializes and develops accessories for rotary machines specific to label and converting industry. Technocut is a family business with almost 30 years of experience focused on the development of engineering solutions adapted to customer needs. In recent years, the company has been awarded for its involvement in research and development, reaching a worldwide presence.

Modular in nature and can be retrofitted on almost any machine, Desmasystem 2.0 (waste matrix rewinder), E-Diffsystem (gap system for perfect diecut), pressure control gauges (having two different variants hydraulic and mechanical) are a few modules to name.

“We are proud of this cooperation with Vinsak and strongly believe that together we will be able to offer a service with high added value for the entire area of India and the Middle East with high performance technological products,” says Pol Estrada, international business manager of Technocut.

“Technocut accessories are very versatile and can be the upgrades that you have been looking for your old presses. Not only are these special modules developed keeping in mind as upgrades to old machines but also new generation of machine which can match speed and accuracy for day to day needs.” adds Malkhan Ram who looks after business development and sales for Vinsak in the MEA region.

Neeraj Sharma, executive director of Vinsak India believes these accessories will help printers enhance quality, reduce production cost and also save time and material when label presses are retrofitted with these modules. Issues of deep cut, marks on release paper, are just a few issues that cause problems for smooth dispensing on high speed lines and the accessories from Technocut are a perfect solution.

Partnering with Vinsak will help Technocut expand its territories in India, Middle East and Africa whereas Vinsak will grow its product portfolio by adding these modules to its already existing array of label printing and finishing equipment.

Vinsak over the period of last few years has grown to add and develop new, innovative, customer centric and complete solution in the printing and packaging industry. Starting from consumables, pre-press system, flexo presses, finishing machines and now add-on modules.
