Vinsak has announced the installation of a complete set of label production equipment, including a Lombardi Flexoline press, Vinsak USAR 430-universal slitter-rewinder, Vinsak LFD flatbed die-cutter, and roll lifter at Paramount Label Printing Press in the UAE. Paramount is an adhesive labels manufacturer (in roll form) operating from Ajman, New Industrial Area, United Arab Emirates. It manufactures different kinds of labels for pharmaceutical, sequential, barcode, weighing scale, industrial and clothing tags.

Lombardi Flexoline 430 9C

The label printing machine is best complemented with a high-quality finishing machine. The modular Universal Slitter & Re-winder is a fully servo-driven system with pneumatic unwinds and rewinds, a scissor as well as a razor slitting system, dual rewinds, and the capabilities of the slit from 12-micron films to 450 gms boards to match the capabilities of the print system.
Vinsak LFD
According to Vinsak, the machine has low setup cost and time, resulting in a higher return on investment. The flatbed die-cutter has features like hot stamping, foil laminating, punching slitting, and die-cutting. For all short runs where the flatbed dies are inexpensive and quick to make, the LFD offers a very quick ROI.
Vinsak Roll lifter (VRL Series)
It is a portable roll lifter equipped with safety brakes for loading, unloading and transporting rolls safely. It proposes a solution to all the earlier problems accompanying the tedious process of manual roll lifting. The equipment is well suited to reduce and eliminate all occupational hazards and injuries. It reduces or even eliminates all the possibilities of accidents and material mishandling. A new higher capacity hoist and more robust frame designs have been developed to handle reels up to 250 kg in weight for a 500 mm width model, or up to 400 kg for a 1000 mm width model.
