Having been in business for more than 50 years, serving a vast client base comprising 1000 businesses, and exporting to 10 countries, Vadodara-based Concord Printing is a leading manufacturer of flexible and folding cartons, packaging, promotional, and print design materials. Quality and innovation in the company’s print services and outputs are enhanced by embracing an array of advanced machines, equipment, and technologies, such as SASG UV dryer with automatic sheet.

“We are passionate about producing incredible graphic prints and print enhancements which our clients increasingly demand,” says Kayyum Memon, director of Concord Printing. Kayyum is joined by his younger brother, Arshad Memon, and nephew Ahmed Darvesh as partners in the business. Going back to the company’s lineage, Concord Printing was launched by Kayyum in 1982, before that he helped his father late Majid Memon, in managing Pravin Printing Press.

According to Kayyum, Concord Printing boasts a strong portfolio of machines for print embellishments, in which the 40-inch SASG UV dryer with automatic sheet from SASG UV Solutions is commendable. He adds, “This UV dryer is a magnificent system. With automatic sheet feeder, this UV curing machine embellishes papers of different textures for amazing outputs. It uplifts our print innovation to a new level. We also have been running a 40-inch Online UV Interdeck System from SASG UV Solutions.”

Starting from print designs for catalogues, leaflets, brochures, books, posters up to packaging for mono cartons, aflute corrugated boxes, 4-6 corner boxes as well as a wide range of varied promotional products like labels, diaries, inserts, calendars, Concord Printing has been serving clients of miscellaneous businesses from the key sectors like FMCG, real estate, pharmaceutical, among others.

Moreover, a portfolio of highly-advanced presses and post-press equipment currently running in the state-of-the-art production facility of Concord Printing are all from the reputed brands like Heidelberg, Ryobi, Manroland, Bobst, Zhongke, EPSON, Roland, RMGT, Kodak, and others, with a string of systems for value addition solutions encompassing spot UV, UV curing, etc. Kayyum mentions that the 40-inch UV dryer from SASG UV Solutions has changed the way they UV coat graphic prints like never before.

“In addition to the advanced UV dryer and online UV interdeck system, we feel grateful to be partnered with SASG UV Solutions, whose post-sales support is beyond compare. It has been the machine they provide us as well as their team’s cordial co-operation to help us in effective use of the technology that in turn enhance graphic prints which eventually stand out amid competitors. We look forward to strengthening our tie with SASG UV Solutions, perhaps to adopt more advanced & innovative machines further in the future,” concludes Kayyum.
