DualCure (UV + LED) inks: SICURA Flex Dual Cure is a non-low-migration inks series formulated in compliance to the EuPIA Exclusion Policy for Printing Inks and Related Materials. These inks offer maximum flexibility as they can be used by customers across their different machines, regardless of the technology used. The series is acceptable for food packaging, when the processing conditions rule out the possibility of set-off in the reel or stack and the design of the final printed article ensures reliable functional barrier properties to migration.
Low migration inks: Siegwerk’s low migration portfolio contains various water-based, solvent-based as well as UV and EB solutions suitable for offset, gravure and flexo printing. These inks are designed to meet high standards for sensory properties and low migration levels, and they work well on various substrates, including PE-coated board.
FastMatch Cloud: Siegwerk’s COLORWERK FastMatch Cloud is a unique cloud based application that allows the printer to match colors on-demand for their designs and generate ink recipes instantly, with exceptional precision. This tool not only helps customers to create the recipe for customized colors from basic inks, but also to mix the inks.
