L to R: Daniel Niehues, regional sales manager – Europe; and Jake Roberts, sales director Sandon Global

Sandon Global, the UK-headquartered award-winning anilox manufacturer, has joined FINAT, the European association for the self-adhesive label industry.

As a worldwide supplier of anilox rolls and anilox sleeves to the label and narrow web printing sector, Sandon Global was formally accepted as a FINAT member at the end of April.

Jake Roberts, sales director, Sandon Global, said, “We are delighted to join the vibrant FINAT community as a new member. We are committed to supporting the global label and narrow web printing industry with the highest quality anilox and Europe is a market of strategic importance to us. FINAT represents Members’ interests, provides a central source for industry information, offers excellent education and technical publications, and presents valuable networking opportunities. We look forward to reaping these benefits and to bringing our unique Sandon Global brand closer to converters in the European market.”

Sandon Global’s new membership comes shortly before FINAT’s annual European Label Forum to be held in Vienna, Austria from 31 May-2 June 2023.

Roberts added, “I’ll be attending FINAT’s European Label Forum for the very first time, along with our regional sales manager – Europe, Daniel Niehues. We are both looking forward to meeting industry friends and colleagues, old and new, in Vienna. And we’ll be taking advantage of the opportunity to learn about relevant topics and the very latest label industry developments.”

As well as the self-adhesive label industry, FINAT also covers adjacent narrow-web product decoration and identification technologies.
