Record interest fuels 335 first-day bookings for Printpack India 2027

-

Bookings for the 17th edition of Printpack India got off to a strong start on 25 June 2025, with the Indian Printing, Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) receiving an impressive 335 bookings on the very first day. The bookings account for nearly 85% of the total exhibition space, based on prior participation data and projections, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, NCR, including open areas allocated for hangars.

Scheduled to take place from 30 January to 3 February 2027, the upcoming edition of Printpack India is expected to surpass its previous editions in scale and impact.

Jaiveer Singh, president of IPAMA, said, “It is a matter of immense pride for the industry to witness such overwhelming participation right from the first day of bookings. We are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in space allocation, moving away from previous practices to prioritize GC on first-come, first-served basis. This time space will be allotted strictly as per bank statement and priority number.”

The initial bookings, accompanied by the requisite payments of Rs. 25,000 (Shell) and Rs. 50,000 (Bare), reflect the proactive stance of leading brands and companies eager to secure prime locations within the exhibition halls. Additional applications are anticipated throughout the month as more companies recognize the strategic value of participating in Printpack India 2027. IPAMA will announce further details regarding space charges and exhibitor benefits in the coming weeks.
