Ensuring the highest standards in commercial offset printing, Jalandhar-based Rainbow Printing Press offers print affordability and quality in equal measures by running a fleet of advanced offset presses and associated equipment in its well-equipped production setup. In the fleet, added new as key press for boosting productivity and efficiency in graphic prints is a brand new 4- 4-colour Komori Enthrone 29 sheetfed offset press, bought from Komori India.

Jatinder Jaiswal, Partner at Rainbow Printing Press, says they have chosen the new Enthrone 29 strategically as a fresh prowess to elevate their overall print productivity to a new elevation. “It has been just a matter of few months since this new Komori sheetfed offset press had installed in our facility. What we plan ahead is to exploit the advanced features and capabilities of this new advanced press for magnifying business like never before,” he adds.

He continues, “When we were in a mission to search for a highly capable sheetfed offset press to push our productivity, it was this Enthrone 29 that eventually ticked all the boxes of our requirements. Many features of this offset press, such as make ready times, are ways ahead of other presses in its class. After all, it’s also a matter of pride for us to introduce such an unrivalled Japanese printing technology for the first time in Jalandhar.”

Engineered with compact design, Enthrone 29 is a 29-inch sheet-fed offset press capable to operate at the speed of 13,000sph to print sheets up to maximum size of 530×750mm with maximum print area of 520×740mm and 605×760mm plate size. “Moreover, this new Komori press in our facility is highly flexible with varied substrates. It handles a broad range of sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.04 mm up to 0.6 mm,” remarks Jaiswal.

“We have been using a select line of best-in-class presses and equipment over the years. However, our newly installed Enthrone 29 is a game changer when it comes to print productivity and many other aspects like automatic functions including roller and blanket washes. This offset sheetfed press really boasts of various added features for fast make ready times, wash-ups, etc,” mentions Jaiswal.

Established in the year 2003, Rainbow Printing Press has been serving hosts of clients of diverse profiles and backgrounds from different industrial sectors across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. A strong team of 30 plus staff members, which consist of experienced graphic designers, skilled machine operators and others, is the vigour behind the company’s dexterity in productivity, creativity, quality control, and punctual deliveries of end-products which in turn meet the clients’ strictest deadlines.

“We are now fully confident to fulfil what exactly our clients want, it would be either print quality or productivity, because we currently have the Enthrone 29 in our facility,” says Jaiswal. He emphasises that in addition to the outperforming Komori offset press, they are totally contented with the way team Komori India is amiably helping them in all manners as post-sales service support, technically as well as in all other aspects, anytime and under any circumstance.
