The 8th edition of ProPak India, a B2B platform for packaging, processing, and supply chain innovation, is scheduled to take place from August 26–28, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Center in Mumbai. The event is expected to bring together over 200 exhibitors, 300+ brands, and 15,000+ trade visitors from sectors including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, personal care, manufacturing, and logistics.

The event takes place amid fluctuating raw material costs, tightening sustainability regulations, and increasing adoption of automation and digitalization across the industry. Organizers said ProPak India 2026 aims to support business growth, innovation, and collaboration within the sector. The exhibition will feature categories including packaging machinery, processing technology, automation and robotics, materials and consumables, and supply chain and logistics solutions.

The event will include dedicated zones for eco-friendly materials, automation, and robotics, along with 20+ conference sessions led by 40+ industry experts. Session themes are expected to address the growth of India’s packaging industry, its shift toward eco-friendly materials, the role of sustainability and innovation, and supply chain efficiency and automation adoption. The event is backed by industry bodies including the Indian Beverage Association, and supported by media platforms, including IPP Catalog Publications, The Packman, and SPM Group.

Yogesh Mudras, managing director, Informa Markets in India, said, “India’s packaging and processing sector is witnessing rapid expansion driven by FMCG, e-commerce, and pharmaceutical growth, with recent industry reports indicating a projected CAGR of over 10-12%, positioning India among the fastest-growing packaging markets globally. At the same time, businesses are navigating increasing sustainability mandates, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) norms, alongside rising input and logistics costs. The industry is moving decisively towards automation, smart technologies, and circular packaging solutions, with growing investments in digital manufacturing and supply chain optimization. As demand for sustainable and efficient packaging accelerates across sectors, it is imperative for businesses to stay agile and future-ready. ProPak India 2026 will play a crucial role in enabling this transition by bringing together innovation, expertise, and meaningful business opportunities under one roof.”
