ProPak India 2025 to lead conversations on innovation and sustainability

ProPak India, one of the country’s leading events for the processing, packaging, and supply chain industries, returns for its 7th edition at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida – also the venue of its inaugural edition. The choice reflects its strategy to anchor the show in key industrial hubs across the country.

Robust participation from industry leaders and innovators

Co-located with Fi India – India’s leading platform for food and beverage ingredients – the show will take place from 3-5 September 2025, offering a complete view of the packaging, processing and value chain, from raw ingredients to packaged products. Together, they are expected to attract over 12,000 professionals looking to explore new technologies, forge partnerships, and address the evolving needs of the sector.

This year, ProPak India expects participation from over 100 exhibitors representing more than 1,000 brands across diverse segments, including food and beverage processing, package converting, material packaging technology, automation and digitalization. Notable industry leaders include Goma Engineering, Harikrushna Machines, Wraptech Machines, Starpac India, and Clearpack Automation, Serac Packaging Solutions, Sacmi, among others.

Visitors will comprise food and beverage manufacturers, procurement heads, factory management, supply chain professionals, R&D experts, and government officials – all seeking to discover next-generation solutions and connect with key stakeholders and industry leaders shaping the future. Key Visitors include HUL, Nestle India, Dabur, ITC Foods, Amul, PepsiCo, Haldiram’s, Good Day, Britannia, Mother Dairy, P&G, Tata Consumer Products, Hindustan Unilever, among others.

Packing in innovation, sustainability and growth

Reflecting on this dynamic shift, Yogesh Mudras, managing director, Informa Markets in India, said, “India’s processing and packaging sector is advancing rapidly, reflecting the broader industrial transformation underway in the country. The packaging market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of nearly 11%, reaching over USD 140 billion by 2029. This growth is driven by rising demand in food and beverage packaging, expected to cross USD 52.5 billion by 2030, along with significant contributions from F&B, Beverages, pharmaceuticals, personal care, and dairy sectors.

At ProPak India 2025, we aim to provide a dynamic platform that brings these developments to life – showcasing cutting-edge machinery, responsible materials, and digital integration, while fostering collaboration between solution providers and end-users to shape a resilient and sustainable industry future,” he added.

The packaging and processing ecosystem in India is rapidly transitioning from a cost-efficient model to one that is value-driven. Sustainability, automation, and regulatory compliance are becoming critical benchmarks, positioning the industry for transformational growth in the coming years. Notably, over 75% of global buyers are willing to pay a premium for sustainable packaging, and nearly 68% express concern about plastic waste – fuelling innovation in smart, traceable, and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

Collaboration and learning for industry advancement

ProPak India 2025 will showcase state-of-the-art solutions across material packaging technologies, processing equipment, automation, and supply chain systems. Attendees can explore the MSME Pavilion, participate in Business Matchmaking, experience live demonstrations, product launches, and engage in focused interactions with decision-makers from India and overseas.

The event will also feature 20 + speakers across 10+ sessions over two days, covering topics such as regulatory frameworks, digitization, smart manufacturing, and circularity in packaging.
