ProAmpac completes acquisition of TC Transcontinental Packaging

-

ProAmpac, a global innovator in flexible packaging and material science, has completed the acquisition of TC Transcontinental Packaging (TCP) from TC Transcontinental, a North American flexible packaging solutions provider.

ProAmpac said the acquisition marks a pivotal milestone in its long-term growth strategy, uniting TCP’s advanced capabilities and global manufacturing footprint with ProAmpac’s leadership in sustainability, speed to market, and materials science to address customers’ evolving packaging needs.

“Today marks an exciting new chapter for ProAmpac, and we are proud to welcome TCP as an official member of the ProAmpac family,” said Greg Tucker, ProAmpac founder, vice chairman, and chief executive officer. “Our organizations share a strong alignment in values, customer commitment, and a culture rooted in innovation and operational excellence. As we integrate TCP’s advanced packaging technologies and talented team into our operations, we are combining complementary strengths to accelerate the delivery of high-performance, increasingly sustainable packaging solutions and further position ProAmpac as a preferred packaging partner worldwide.”

With more than 80 manufacturing sites and 11,000 employees, and an expanded presence across key global markets — including Asia, North America, Latin America, Europe, and New Zealand — ProAmpac is positioned to scale production, enhance customer support, and accelerate the development of next-generation sustainable packaging solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
