The 16th edition of the Printpack India exhibition will take place from 1-5 February 2025, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. With the entire ground floor space at the India Expo Mart fully sold out, IPAMA recently constructed two additional hangars to meet the growing demand from exhibitors. Remarkably, these additional spaces were also sold out in less than a month.
To encourage participation from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), IPAMA has offered exhibition spaces at highly subsidized rates, enabling greater accessibility and reduced financial strain. A total of 576 companies have already secured their spots, collectively showcasing cutting-edge, cost-effective, and innovative printing and packaging machinery and products. The net display area will exceed 34,062 square meters.
Notable participants include top brands such as Megabound, Bindwel, LinoOmatic, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Archies Ltd, Canon India, Chemline India, Colorjet India, Everest Holivision, Kodak India, Fuji Film, Nilpeter, Avery Dennison, Gemco Control, Kshitj Polyline, Minosha, Redington, Ruchi Organics, and many more.
The international appeal of the exhibition continues to grow. Embassies from 12 countries have featured Printpack India 2025 on their official websites, promoting it to a global audience. Business visitors from 21 countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, UAE, and Egypt, have already completed their registration. The event is expected to draw an estimated 125,000 visitors or more.
IPAMA’s marketing team has been tirelessly promoting the event through roadshows, trade fairs, and industry meets across the country. A notable recent initiative was a roadshow in Kathmandu, Nepal, held on 13 December 2024, which attracted over 350 industry representatives.
In the series of promotional meets, on 29 November 2024, in Bengaluru, event was held in conjunction with the Karnataka Offset Printers Association (KOPA). Suresh Kumar, Treasurer of IPAMA, shared key details about Printpack India, highlighting its status as one of the largest exhibitions for the print and packaging industries. He emphasized the event’s role in showcasing innovations, creating networking opportunities, and driving industry growth.
In addition to the exhibition, a conference organized by the Association of Print Technologies (formerly NPES) will take place, offering further opportunities for knowledge-sharing and networking. Complimentary services for exhibitors and visitors, including bottled water and shuttle services from Botanical Garden Metro Station to the venue, will also be provided.
International-standard facilities are being finalized to ensure a seamless experience for participants. Senior members of IPAMA’s Governing Council will be present at the venue to make on-the-spot decisions as needed.
Jaiveer Singh, President IPAMA, highlighted the importance of the event. “Printpack India is not just for one sector but for all industries. The forthcoming edition promises to be an eye-opening event for the industry. I invite companies across all segments to witness this unparalleled showcase,” he said.
