Roorkee-Based Presto Techpack has installed a PRDC 330 digital cutter for short- to medium-run prints, print-on-demand, and high-precision label production. The company is a one-stop provider of premium-quality customized labels and stickers for diverse customers from different industrial sectors. The company fulfills its customers’ specific needs and requirements to the fullest because of its commitment as well as the fleet of modern machines and equipment they run. The fleet is constantly upgraded with newer and advanced systems in which a PRDC 330 digital die-cutter and finisher from Packnology being the latest one.

Shivam Goyal, CEO, Presto Techpack, informs, “We have chosen the PRDC 330 digital die-cutting machine from Packnology for its advanced cutting capability and precision. In our post-press division, this new high-speed digital roll label cutter and finisher is redefining accuracy to a new level.” Equipped with 6 heads, each with dedicated Z-axis control managed by 6 individual servo motors for high precision (0.01mm), PRDC 330 operates at a speed of 15 m/min for a capacity of 300 pieces/min.

Engineered for short- to medium-run prints, print-on-demand (POD), and high-precision label production, PRDC 330 is a compact digital die-cutting and finishing machine with ease of use. Goyal says, “The new machine is truly a robust and advanced digital cutting and finishing system. After all, along with the machine, we are happy with the way Packnology’s after-sales service team helps us know the machine’s technicalities and run it so efficiently.”
