Robus India came to Pamex 2023 with its 5-year comprehensive warranty program for die-cutters and folder-gluers. “Till now, the industry used to offer only one year warranty on its die-cutters and folder-gluers. But in any new equipment, you rarely face major problems in the initial one or two years. We have considered this feedback from our customers and developed this program to provide hassle-free operations to our clients without worrying about maintenance costs,” said Neel Mehta, AGM sales at Robus India.

Mehta said Robus India doesn’t have a large sales team but has a sizeable service team and achieves more than 80% of its orders from word-of-mouth references and repeat customers. He added, “During Covid, people realized the importance of service and support. Service assurance is of utmost importance while buying capital goods. Thanks to our strong service and support team, we closed several deals during Covid.”

Robus recently launched its service center in Vapi, Gujarat – a strategic tie-up with ‘Gujarat Printer Directory’ to provide prompt and efficient service backup at the doorstep of its customers in Gujarat. The company plans to start another service center in Bangalore in the next six months.
