Nilpeter unveils flexo innovations at Labelexpo Europe 2025

-

Nilpeter is set to debut its latest advancements at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona. Under the banner of The Future is Flexo, the company will showcase two groundbreaking press configurations: the 7-color FA-26 and the 9-color FA-17. These platforms, known for their reliability, have been reimagined with enhanced automation and innovative features aimed at revolutionizing print efficiency and quality.

The demonstrations will highlight Nilpeter’s commitment to minimizing human intervention through advanced automation, boosting throughput, and ensuring superior print outcomes for labels and flexible packaging alike. Powered by real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and cloud-based job databases, Nilpeter aims to achieve fully optimized production environments under its Dark Room vision.

Attendees can experience these advancements firsthand through an interactive demo format featuring a dynamic 5×5 meter LED wall, showcasing the Digital Shadow Concept. This visualization offers a comprehensive view of the press in action, presented live in both Spanish and English.

Moreover, Nilpeter invites visitors to explore its Demo Centre at Esagraf for the European premiere of the new FB-Line, a globally acclaimed addition to its product portfolio launched in 2024.

Peter Eriksen, COO of Nilpeter, says, “We are very much looking forward to participating in Labelexpo Europe 2025 – especially with the show being held in Barcelona for the very first time. Expectations are high, particularly as the market has recovered strongly and we are seeing increased demand for Nilpeter’s solutions – especially within automation and digitalization. These are areas where we have focused intensively for many years to ensure we offer the most advanced technologies that meet our customers’ evolving needs. We are confident that Barcelona will be a great success, and we are excited to present no less than three different flexo presses at the show.”

Martin Teilberg, global marketing manager at Nilpeter, adds, “Moving Labelexpo Europe to Barcelona after nearly four decades in Brussels is a significant transition – not just for the organizers, but for the entire industry. At Nilpeter, we value all Labelexpo shows, whether in Asia, the United States, or Mexico. But Brussels has always held a special place in our story, with a long and proud history of successful exhibitions. We are excited to carry this tradition forward in Barcelona and believe the 2025 edition will be even bigger and better than what we’ve seen before.

“With that in mind, we have gone to great lengths to create a brand-new, custom-designed stand tailored to the unique setting of Fira. And of course, we arre showcasing solutions that set a new standard in our industry – firmly rooted in our The Future is Flexo vision.”
