“We are very happy to celebrate not one, but two world premieres during the K 2025 – the Easy Line Flat Film Line Max and the Easy Line melt filter,” said Rajnissh Sood, country manager, NGA Plastic Technology.

For the first time, NGA Plastic Technology introduces the Collin Asia Easy Line Flat Film Line Max to the international community during the K – in live operation at the booth. This compact line is used for casting common polymers, has a ergonomic design, is easy to operate and can flexibly be mounted. Customers have the possibility to equip the Flat Film Line Max with two extruder sizes (ø25x30D and ø30x30D). The integrated slot die SD 350 has a flex lip, an adjustable gap of 0.3 to 1.5 mm, a vertical arrangement and optionally, a lip heating is possible. Furthermore, the line is equipped with a 3” pneumatic winding shaft. The roll width of 400 mm as well as the web speed of 3 up to 30 m/min convince as well as the control via a central software.

World premiere – BritAS Asia Easy Line ABMF-0300-05 Automatic Belt Melt Filter With the BritAS Asia Easy Line ABMF-0300-05, a simplified automatic belt melt filter for the filtration of contaminations in plastic waste, NGA Plastic Technology celebrates the second premiere at the booth. The BritAS Asia filter is designed for smaller throughputs and allows the production of high-quality regranulate. It is based on the proven BritAS technology, however, for the Easy Line series, it was simplified. The novelty is characterized by low operating costs, fully automatic operation and a solid and efficient design. As of now, the BritAS Asia ABMF is manufactured in India, and sales will be handled by both companies.

Live presentation – Easy Line Pressure Filter Test FT

“Moreover, at the stand, our pressure filter test can also be seen in live operation,” said Sood. The unit is used to test the pigment or additive dispersion as well as to detect contaminations in virgin and recycled polymers. Customers benefit from a reduced downtime, reduced staff requirements and a high level of operational safety. The filter test is manually operated.
