Neopac US welcomes Ann Peirce to its Wilson team

-

Ann Peirce will join Neopac as head of sales Americas and managing director of the company’s Wilson, North Carolina facility, effective 1 September 2026. She brings more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, with a track record in sales leadership, business development, and customer engagement.

In this dual role, Peirce will lead Neopac’s US-based sales team and assume overall responsibility for the Wilson site.

Peirce brings more than two decades of leadership and commercial expertise in the pharmaceutical primary packaging industry. Most recently, she served as national sales director at Gerresheimer, where she led a national sales organization and collaborated closely with international manufacturing and commercial teams. Throughout her career, she has built customer relationships, expanded strategic accounts, and supported the development of pharmaceutical packaging solutions, bringing industry knowledge, a customer focus, and experience building teams.

“We are delighted to welcome Ann to Neopac,” said Manfred Zurkirch, chief executive officer of Neopac. “Her industry experience and leadership capabilities make her an excellent addition to our team as we continue to strengthen our position in the pharmaceutical packaging market across the Americas.”

Peirce said, “I am excited to join Neopac at such an important stage of its growth journey. I look forward to working closely with our customers and colleagues to strengthen partnerships, expand our market presence, and support the company’s continued success across the Americas.”
