Mespack, a manufacturer of machinery for flexible packaging and end-of-line solutions, will exhibit at Propak Asia 2026, running 10–13 June at Arena Exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand. The company will share Stand C2-AA16 with fellow Duravant operating companies Pattyn, PPM Technologies, Key Technology and Foodmate, presenting a portfolio of processing and packaging solutions.
As part of Duravant’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region, Duravant Thailand provides in-country technical service, spare parts availability and local customer support.
Live demonstration: RM260SC rotary machine
The highlight of the Mespack stand will be a live demonstration of the RM260SC rotary machine, running under production conditions. Designed for pre-made pouches, the machine handles liquids, solids, granules and powders, with filling options including auger systems, multihead weighers and cup fillers. Output reaches up to 60 pouches per minute with a maximum volume of 3,400 cc, and supported formats include sachets, stand-up pouches with zipper, corner spout or sealing closes.
The machine features a five-minute changeover and automatic pouch clamp adjustment via an HMI-based recipe system on the Athena controls platform. A vacuum-assisted pouch opening mechanism ensures precise positioning before filling, with optional product settling for improved filling accuracy and seal quality. According to Mespack, the RM260SC has a compact footprint and is compatible with sustainable materials.
Turnkey solutions
Mespack will also present its turnkey solutions offering, covering primary packaging through to secondary packaging and end-of-line integration. The company says that acting as a single responsible supplier enables synchronized equipment performance, optimized layouts, reduced interfaces and faster commissioning.
Digitalization
The Athena platform, which provides machine-level control and data optimization, will be shown alongside Mescada, described by the company as a new solution for real-time monitoring and data analysis across packaging lines and plant environments.
Golden Ticket initiative
Mespack will hold a Golden Ticket raffle on the final day of the show. Three winners will receive access to sustainable packaging materials – including recyclable, recycled, biodegradable and compostable options – in collaboration with industry partners. Winners may conduct trials at one of three facilities: the Mespack Innovation Centre in Barcelona, Spain; Dow Pack Studios in Freeport, TX; or the ProAmpac Collaboration Innovation Centre in Rochester, NY.
“Propak Asia represents a key opportunity to strengthen our presence in the region and connect with customers seeking solutions customized to their specific market needs. With the RM platform, specifically designed to meet the requirements of Asian markets, we aim to offer high-performance, flexible packaging solutions adapted to local demands. At the same time, we will showcase our capabilities in turnkey solutions, combining advanced pouch technologies and digitalization to deliver real, measurable value across the entire packaging line,” said Emmanuel Denjean, sales director of Mespack.
