Korozo Group, a global manufacturer of flexible packaging and film products, has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, an internationally recognized mark of sustainability performance. The company’s score has increased from 74 to 85, placing it in the top 5% of all companies assessed worldwide, up from the top 15%.
EcoVadis is one of the world’s most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings, evaluating organizations across four core areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. A score of 85 reflects significant progress across these pillars.
Betül Türel Erbay, CISO at Korozo Group, said, “This result reflects the collective effort, discipline, and commitment of our entire team. Moving from Silver to Gold and into the global top 5% is a milestone we are proud of, but it is also part of a longer journey. We are focused on reaching Platinum level, as we believe business success and environmental responsibility must go hand in hand.”
“At Korozo, we continuously challenge ourselves with a simple question: what kind of world will we leave for future generations? This perspective shapes how we develop our products, build partnerships, and strengthen our practices.”
This recognition builds on Korozo Group’s broader sustainability journey as a major flexible packaging manufacturer, producing over 137,000 tons annually and serving customers in more than 75 countries.
