Konica Minolta Business Solutions India will showcase its AccurioLabel 230 and AccurioLabel 400 digital label printing machines at LOUPE India 2026, held from 29 October to 1 November at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. Visitors can see live demonstrations at the company’s stand K 47, where technical experts will explain each system’s capabilities for flexible, efficient and high-quality digital label production and discuss specific business applications.
The AccurioLabel 230 is designed to help professional print providers manage small to medium volume label jobs. It prints at speeds of up to 23.4 meters per minute and removes platemaking from the workflow, which allows quick transitions between jobs and efficient processing of short-run applications. According to the company, the machine complements existing printing setups and can handle jobs of 500 to 1,000 meters. The company said its workflow, consistent quality and user-friendly operation help printers take on more jobs, expand into new applications and serve customers faster.
The AccurioLabel 400 is designed for label converters and professional print providers handling higher production volumes. It prints at speeds of up to 39.9 meters per minute and combines productivity with the flexibility of digital printing, supporting shorter delivery times, personalized and versioned jobs, and on-demand production.
A key feature of the AccurioLabel 400 is its fifth color station with white toner, which widens the range of applications that can be produced digitally. The high-opacity white allows printing on transparent and colored substrates, and variable data printing on pre-printed flexographic materials is available as a standard feature. The machine also has an Image Quality Optimizer unit, which automates multiple tasks to maintain color consistency.
Both machines work with AccurioPro Flux, a workflow automation software. Its Flux Label Impose option streamlines job preparation by letting print providers arrange label designs, optimize layouts and combine multiple designs in a single print job. This reduces manual intervention and makes more efficient use of print space. By simplifying pre-press processes and supporting variable data printing and advanced embellishments, the software is said to improve job handling, minimize repetitive tasks and ease the transition from artwork preparation to production. The company stated that this helps label converters manage diverse print requirements more efficiently while improving workflow flexibility and turnaround times.
Speaking about the company’s participation, Katsuhisa Asari, managing director, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India, said, “The label and packaging industry is evolving rapidly, with businesses increasingly looking for greater flexibility, personalization and faster turnaround across a growing number of applications. This is creating new opportunities for digital printing to complement conventional production and address requirements that demand greater agility.
“At LOUPE India 2026, we look forward to demonstrating how the AccurioLabel 230 and AccurioLabel 400 can help printers and converters expand their capabilities, explore new applications and respond more effectively to changing customer needs. Our focus remains on enabling efficient, application-led print production that creates new opportunities for businesses.”
Through its participation, Konica Minolta aims to reinforce its focus on advancing digital label production in India, with an emphasis on high productivity, print quality, job versatility, automation and ease of use. The company said it aims to help label converters and professional print providers streamline their journey from enquiry and quotation to production, so they can respond faster to evolving customer demands and pursue new business opportunities.
