Knack Packaging, an Indian manufacturer of printed and laminated woven polypropylene (PLWPP) packaging solutions with a global export footprint, reported unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, marking the company’s first quarterly results following its initial public offering (IPO).

Revenue growth for the quarter was driven by higher sales volumes and improving capacity utilization, supported by the company’s owned and rented facilities, alongside healthy demand across the grain and pulses, animal feed, fertilizer/agrochemical and consumer end-markets. The company said continued monitoring of key input raw material prices was critical in safeguarding margins amid a volatile operating environment. EBITDA and profit after tax (PAT) growth outpaced topline growth, which the company attributed to strong operating leverage. Return on capital employed (ROCE) for the quarter stood at 54.73%, while return on equity (ROE) stood at 37.45%.

Alpesh Tulsibhai Patel, chairman and managing director, Knack Packaging, said, “Our first quarterly result following the IPO reflects Knack Packaging’s resilient business model, disciplined execution and commitment to value creation. The strong operational and financial performance in Q1 FY27, combined with the commissioning of our new rented facilities, has significantly augmented our manufacturing capacity and supply capability. This positions us to respond faster to demand across domestic and international markets. As we expand our footprint and capabilities, we are increasingly being recognised as an expert packaging solutions partner. We are positive about on-boarding globally renowned brands into Knack Packaging’s customer portfolio, leveraging our integrated manufacturing base, quality focus and innovative packaging solutions to serve their evolving needs.”
