IPAMA opens bookings for IntraPac India 2025 exhibition

-

The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) has opened bookings for the 2nd IntraPac India exhibition. The event is scheduled to take place at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, from 10 to 13 December 2025. The same venue hosted the inaugural edition earlier this year, with participation from 175 companies.

Following the success of the first edition, IPAMA anticipates that the second edition will be even larger and more influential. In 2023, exhibitors displayed products and innovations across various packaging sectors, including flexible packaging, plastic, glass, tin, paper, corrugation, and labeling. The event also included two conferences, further strengthening its position as an important industry gathering.

Some of the key segments include food, beverages, confectionery, plastic, pharma and cosmetics, rigid packaging, aseptic and tetra packaging, glass, filling, sealing, labeling, paper and flexible, metal, intralogistics, protective packaging, bio-degradable packaging, traceability and tracking, automation and robotics, corrugation, snack & bakery packaging, testing & weighing systems, packaging consumables and services, cutting machinery.

As a nonprofit organization, IPAMA aims to keep participation affordable, particularly for MSME units. Space rates are set at Rs. 8,500 per square meter for bare space and Rs. 9,500 per square meter for shell space. Exhibitors who follow the payment schedule can avail early bird discounts of Rs. 1,000 per square meter. Additional discounts are also available for IPAMA members. Exhibitors and business visitors will have access to complimentary services, which will be announced later.

With the dates confirmed, IPAMA’s marketing team has started receiving booking requests. Space will be allocated on a ‘First Come, First Served’ basis. To ensure effective coordination, a senior official at the general manager level has been appointed to manage exhibition-related activities.
