INX Europe establishes INX Poland

-

INX Europe has established INX Poland, based in Łódź, Poland, following the transition of the organization previously operating as smART INKS Poland.

The step signals INX Europe’s long-term strategy to strengthen its direct presence in Central and Eastern Europe, and to further expand its proximity to customers in one of the region’s most dynamic printing and packaging markets.

According to the company, Poland has become a strategic hub for the European packaging and printing industry, driven by sustained industrial growth, increasing production volumes, and rising demand for advanced and sustainable ink solutions. The creation of INX Poland is expected to give INX a dedicated local organization, enabling closer customer engagement, faster decision-making, and enhanced technical and commercial support for customers in Poland and neighboring markets.

The integration of the smART INKS organization into INX Poland represents the next step in a long-standing and successful collaboration, according to INX.

“I view this step as the natural continuation of a proven journey,” said Moritz Hartmann, strategy & innovation director, INX Europe.

“We are not entering the Polish market as newcomers. We are building on a solid foundation of long-term cooperation, shared values, and strong results delivered by the local team. INX Poland is an integral element of our European growth strategy and a platform for sustainable development in the region.” From a commercial perspective, the establishment of INX Poland strengthens INX Europe’s ability to support customers with faster decision-making, improved service levels, and closer collaboration at local and regional level.

“Poland is a key market for INX, both in terms of volume and growth potential,” said José Carlos Ribeiro, sales director, INX Europe.

“With a direct local organization, we can work even more closely with our customers, better understand market requirements, and deliver tailored solutions with greater speed and efficiency. This step significantly strengthens our commercial footprint in Eastern Europe.”

For customers, the transition to INX Poland ensures full continuity while opening new opportunities. Polish customers will continue to work with the same local team that has supported them for years, while now benefiting from direct access to INX’s full product portfolio, technical expertise, and innovation capabilities.

“As of 1 January, I am honored to take on the role of managing director of INX Poland,” said Marcin Wieczorek.

“This step recognizes the commitment and performance of our entire team and reflects a clear strategic intent by the group to further strengthen its presence in the Polish market. The results achieved together directly contributed to the group’s decision to further reinforce its presence in this region. Our priority now is to build an efficient operational structure for INX Poland and to establish strong foundations for the continued development of INX Europe’s regional platform, in close cooperation with our teams and business partners.”
