Impact Labelling, a leading provider of high-quality labels across multiple industries in Ireland has expanded its production capacity with the installation of a Truepress label SAI S, their second Screen inkjet digital label printing press.

“As a company dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, we needed a press that would deliver reliable performance at scale,” said Evan Fox, managing director at Impact Labelling. “The Screen Truepress label SAI S checked every box, providing exceptional quality, efficiency, and the ability to expand our embellishment options to offer even more value to our customers.”

Impact Labelling has been producing labels for the food & drink, nutrition, electronics, beauty, bio, agri-chemical, and, med-tech/pharmaceutical industries using their first Screen Truepress label 350UV SAI LM (low-migration), industries where the press’s low migration inks fully compliant with EuPIA, Swiss Ordinance, and Nestlé regulations are essential for meeting industry standards.

The addition of the new Truepress label SAI S 6-colour (CMYKWO) configuration enhances Impact Labelling’s ability to expand onto a wider range of label substrates and embellishment effects, supported by its high-performance max speed of 60 meters per minute to consistently enhance the already market-leading turnaround times while maintaining outstanding label quality and press reliability.

“Our customers expect both speed and precision,” said Evan Fox. “With Screen technology, we can guarantee color consistency – whether a label is printed today, next week, or next month – ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for our clients. Our average lead time is under four days, and with the new press, we expect to reduce that even further.”

“It’s important to find the right machinery for success in the label printing sector, but also the right partners,” said Richard Styles, managing director, Litho Supplies, Screen Europe’s print equipment distributor in Ireland. “As Impact Labelling continues to grow – they need mutual trust with clients and a reputation for reliability, two things they’ve already come to expect from Screen.”

“We’ve always found Screen to be an exceptional partner,” said Evan. “With the new Screen press now part of our operations, we are confident in our ability to grow our market share and set new benchmarks for the local Labelling industry and further reduce our average lead times – already the fastest in Ireland.”

“Screen has proven to be more than just a technology provider; they are a trusted partner in our success.”
