Hitech Print Systems boosts security printing with second Rotatek RK 250 plus 9-color press

-

Hitech, a prominent name in security printing in India, has invested in a second 9-color pre-owned Rotatek RK 250 plus press. This significant addition to its production arsenal is poised to augment its capacity and further elevate its standards of quality and efficiency. Hitech specializes in security printing of various essential documents including question papers, answer sheets, OMR forms, university degrees, certificates, cheques, and other valuable documents.

The newly installed Rotatek RK 250 Plus press, located at Hitech’s state-of-the-art facility in Vijayawada, marks a strategic milestone in the company’s journey, the first Rotatek machine was installed in 2013. This new workhorse further solidifies Hitech’s position as a leader in embracing advanced printing solutions to meet evolving market demands and exceed client expectations.

This also marks the inaugural installation of newly christened Rotatek printing and packaging technologies in the Indian market. Mario Gamez, CEO of Rotatek, expressed his delight, stating, “We are thrilled that Hitech has once again placed their trust in Rotatek’s cutting-edge technology. The RK 250 Plus nine-color press is renowned as a dependable workhorse, with over 300 machines operational worldwide, some even spanning up to 20 years in service. We are committed to providing comprehensive support for all our presses globally and are gearing up to launch an upgrade program for customers interested in transitioning to our latest offering, the RK Perfect NT, a state-of-the-art shaftless servo press.”

With ongoing technical advancements, an expanded workforce, and increased production capabilities, Rotatek is poised for a promising future. The company anticipates reclaiming its position as a market leader in security printing, driven by its relentless pursuit of innovation and customer satisfaction.

“Our partnership with Rotatek and Vinsak has been exceptional throughout the years,” said SVS Shetty and Manoharan from Hitech Print Systems. “The initial machine we acquired nearly a decade ago exceeded our expectations, proving its value in a remarkably short time frame. Encouraged by its performance, we proceeded with a repeat order, significantly enhancing our capabilities and bolstering our capacity to address the escalating demand from our clientele for top-tier security documents. As our company continues to achieve double-digit growth annually, we are well-equipped to meet these evolving needs with enhanced facilities and expanded resources.”

“Hitech has remained our esteemed customer for over two decades,” said Mohan Pailwan, vice president of Vinsak India. “With the recent installations of our 1200 K Inkjet systems and this additional Rotatek press, Vinsak solidifies its position as Hitech’s preferred equipment provider. We express our gratitude to them for their continued trust and partnership.”
