Saroj Art Printers operates a dedicated production unit for mono cartons and folding cartons, serving both domestic and multinational pharmaceutical clients. The newly installed Ecocut 106 CS is designed to enhance precision, productivity, and compliance in medium-run offset pharma jobs.

Manoj Todi, drector at Saroj Art Printers, said, “Our core focus is packaging and pharma printing, where precision and reliability are non-negotiable. For our post-press operations, we needed a die-cutter that could match our standards. The MK Masterwork Ecocut 106 CS fits that need perfectly. Installing the first Ecocut machine in India is a proud moment for us and marks a decisive step forward in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and innovation on our shopfloor.”

The MK Masterwork Ecocut 106 CS is equipped with a built-in stripping station that efficiently removes internal waste, reducing manual intervention and enhancing compliance-ready output. Its non-stop feeder and delivery systems enable in-line sheet checks, minimizing downtime and material waste.

Quick makeready capabilities support the medium-run flexibility required in pharmaceutical packaging, while its compatibility with a wide range of folding carton materials – from thin paper to heavy boards – ensures versatility across diverse client needs.

With Heidelberg India’s trusted sales and after-sales support, Saroj Art Printers is well-positioned to scale its operations and deliver high-quality, compliance-ready packaging solutions to the pharmaceutical sector.
