ELIS expands stick pack manufacturing capabilities

-

ELIS Manufacturing and Packaging Solutions has reported further investment in and improvements to its stick pack manufacturing and packaging capabilities, aimed at supporting flexible single-serve packaging formats.

The company produces narrow, sealed stick packs designed to support precise dosing and consistent fill weights. The expanded stick pack capabilities are intended to support packaging solutions for industries that use portion-controlled, single-use formats, including nutritional supplements, food and beverage ingredients, pharmaceuticals, and personal care products.

As part of the enhancements, ELIS has invested in equipment and quality control processes to support scalable production runs while maintaining quality and consistency.

Company leadership stated that the expanded focus on stick pack solutions reflects trends in the packaging and contract manufacturing sectors driven by consumer preferences for convenience, hygiene, and portability.

The company’s stick pack services are designed to support both short-run and high-volume production requirements and include a range of films and barrier materials intended to address product stability, moisture control, and shelf life.
