Eclipse Packaging, based in Kingsville, Ontario, Canada, has ordered a 12-color Nilpeter FA-22 press, scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2026, as the label and flexible packaging manufacturer moves into a new production facility to support its growth.
The company installed its first Nilpeter press – a 17″ 12-color press with embellishment capabilities – in the third quarter of 2024. That investment gave Eclipse the flexibility to take on more demanding applications and established a platform for growth, which the company said has since exceeded expectations.
The new FA-22 will arrive as Eclipse Packaging moves into its new production facility, where it will operate alongside the company’s existing Nilpeter press. According to the company, the additional press will add productivity, flexibility and automation, and is expected to be one of the centerpieces of the new facility.
“When we installed our first Nilpeter press in 2024, we knew we had invested in a platform we could build our business around,” said Keith Pickard, owner and president of Eclipse Packaging. “The performance, reliability and support we have experienced gave us the confidence to invest in a second Nilpeter. As we move into our new facility, the FA-22 will play a key role in helping us continue our growth and serve our customers even better.”
“Watching a company like Eclipse Packaging grow this quickly is exactly why we do what we do,” said John Crammer, sales consultant at Nilpeter USA. “Keith and his team have built something special, and it’s been a pleasure to support that journey. The fact that Eclipse is already investing in a second Nilpeter is the strongest endorsement we could ask for. We’re excited to deliver the new 12-color FA-22 later this year and see both presses running side by side in their new facility.”
