Leading Indian flexo trade shop Digiflex has placed an order for a Flexcel NX Wide 4260 System at Labelexpo India, adding the larger format option to complement its Flexcel NX Mid System installed in 2014. Muralidhar Nalli, CEO of Digiflex, said, “The decision to add another Flexcel NX system was driven by customer demand for Flexcel NX plates that have proved to deliver better efficiency, quality and consistency on press.”

The Hyderabad-based trade shop prides itself on offering its converter and printer client base exceptional pre-press expertise, together with the latest technology to fulfill even the most demanding brand demands.

Nalli adds, “The plates’ performance on press is essential in what we’re experiencing to be a fast-growing flexo market, and Flexcel NX Plates are many of our printer and converter customers’ technology of choice; not only does it address all their productivity, efficiency and quality concerns, but also help cement flexo’s growing status as packaging print production method of choice.”

Andy Yarrow, regional commercial director for the Asia Pacific Region at Miraclon, said, “The flexo industry in India has experienced strong growth over the last few years, and the trust our customers place in our team and technology has enabled us to help the market move towards higher adoption of flexo. We thank Digiflex for their continued association with our technology, championing flexo with their customers, and wish them continued success.”
