Brilliant Polymers showcases solvent-free adhesive technologies at interpack 2026

-

Brilliant Polymers exhibited at interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf, Germany, showcasing its solvent-free laminating adhesive technologies and engaging with customers, partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders from across the global packaging value chain.

At the exhibition, the company presented its portfolio of solvent-free laminating adhesive technologies developed for high-speed lamination environments. According to the company, its systems are designed to support the transition from solvent-based to solvent-free lamination wherever technically feasible, reducing energy consumption, VOC emissions, and overall process complexity, while improving workplace safety and lowering total cost of ownership.

The company said advances in formulation technology now allow solvent-free systems to serve a range of flexible packaging applications, from high-speed snack packaging to demanding structures such as hot-fill, metallized, boil-in-bag, and frozen food laminations.

The Brilliant Polymers stand attracted visitors from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and other international markets, with discussions covering high-speed laminations, metallized structures, hot-fill packaging, retort laminations, and other flexible packaging formats. The exhibition also served as a platform for engagement with international converters and brand owners on sustainability, process efficiency, and high-performance lamination technologies.

Brilliant Polymers was joined at interpack by Flow Materials, Switzerland, its strategic European partner. The collaboration, according to the company, combines Brilliant’s manufacturing capabilities and adhesive technologies with Flow’s local technical expertise, customer engagement, and understanding of European regulatory and market requirements. Together, the companies said they are working to provide European converters with local technical support, process optimization guidance, regulatory alignment, and supply backed by what the company describes as one of the largest single-site laminating adhesive manufacturing facilities in the world. The partnership reflects Brilliant’s structured approach toward building its presence in the European flexible packaging market.

Speaking about the company’s participation at interpack 2026, Gaurav Talwar, managing director, Brilliant Polymers, said, “interpack continues to be one of the most important global platforms for the packaging industry. This year’s exhibition clearly reinforced the growing industry focus on solvent-free technologies, sustainability, and process efficiency. For Brilliant Polymers, the exhibition was an excellent opportunity to engage with customers and partners from across the world, understand evolving market expectations, and showcase our latest solvent-free adhesive developments. We believe the transition toward more sustainable and efficient lamination technologies will continue to accelerate globally, and we remain committed to supporting that transition through technology, manufacturing scale, and strong technical collaboration.”

Brilliant Polymers said it operates a manufacturing capacity of 60,000 metric tonnes at a single-site laminating adhesive facility. The company serves flexible packaging converters across India, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and other global markets, with a stated focus on solvent-free polyurethane technologies.
