Boxon Group acquires Vestbo Emballage

-

Boxon Group has acquired Vestbo Emballage through its subsidiary Boxess, effective 23 June 2026. The acquisition extends Boxon’s footprint in one of Sweden’s key manufacturing regions and broadens the group’s capacity to serve customers with packaging solutions.

Vestbo Emballage, based in Gnosjö, serves manufacturing businesses across the region and is known for its customer relationships, local presence, and personalized service.

“This acquisition is another important step in our growth journey. By combining the strengths of Vestbo Emballage and Boxess as of the Boxon Group, we can support our customers even better,” said Linus Lemark, chief executive officer of Boxon Group.

“Joining Boxon Group and Boxess provides new opportunities to develop while continuing to do what we do best – staying close to our customers and delivering great service,” said Hans Sandqvist, founder of Vestbo Emballage.

“Boxess and Vestbo Emballage share many of the same values – close customer relationships, practical expertise and a strong local presence. Together, we can broaden our offering while remaining responsive, accessible and easy to work with,” said Daniel Pettersson, chief executive officer of Boxess.

Vestbo Emballage will continue to operate under its existing name for the time being.
