AVT (Advanced Vision Technology), a global leader in print inspection solutions, is set to demonstrate how its cutting-edge technologies are shaping the future of print inspection when it unveils its latest innovations at Labelexpo Europe this month.

As the company marks its first appearance at the event since becoming a standalone business, AVT will highlight a comprehensive approach to automation, machine monitoring, and production control. “From real-time data intelligence to AI-powered automation, AVT solutions are designed to empower converters with smarter, faster, and more sustainable production capabilities,” said Guy Yogev, VP of marketing and product.

“At the heart of this innovation showcase is the Varnish Inspection module for the AVT Helios. This new solution detects clear varnish problems in coating and varnish such as misregister, misprint or varnish starvation, in parallel to print inspection.

“We are very excited to introduce our new AI-based innovation – AutoEdit AI, a newly developed module that automates roll/data editing within the AVT 100% inspection system,” added Guy. “By eliminating manual steps and using big data and AI learning from site-specific quality parameters, AutoEdit AI streamlines workflows and enhances decision-making accuracy, setting a new benchmark for operational efficiency,” he said.

Complementing this breakthrough are the latest advancements in color measurement and inspection from AVT, which together reflect the company’s commitment to delivering a full-spectrum solution for print quality assurance.

“AVT SpectraLab XF is the leading in-line spectral solution in terms of color accuracy, correlation, automation, connectivity and reporting,” said Guy. “It ensures brand color consistency, as well as providing full color visibility and alerts in make-ready and run time at any production speed. Each innovation contributes to a unified ecosystem of control, precision, and performance.”

As data becomes a vital part of decision making and improved efficiency, AVT will also demonstrate new data exporting and dashboarding abilities to visitors at next month’s Labelexpo event, alongside detailed live demos at the AVT stand and on selected partners’ stands across the show.

“Our mission at AVT has always been to simplify complexity and elevate quality through intelligent automation,” said Guy. “At Labelexpo, we’re not just presenting individual technologies, we’re demonstrating how our integrated solutions work together to optimize every stage of the print process.”

AVT has been at the forefront of print inspection since 1992, helping printers worldwide achieve unparalleled quality and efficiency. With a portfolio that spans inspection, color accuracy, and workflow automation, AVT continues to lead the industry in delivering scalable, data-driven solutions for labels and packaging.
