The 11-day presence of APL Machinery at drupa 2024 proved to be not just productive but also remarkably rewarding. Held in Düsseldorf, Germany, the premier event in the printing industry provided APL with a platform to showcase its latest innovations and connect with a global audience of industry leaders, potential clients, and fellow exhibitors.

“We are thrilled with the outcome of drupa 2024. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the level of interest in our products exceeded our expectations,” said CP Paul, managing director of APL Machinery. “It is a moment of immense pride to represent India with our 100% made-in-India new launches. Our innovative solutions have received remarkable recognition, highlighting the excellence and potential of Indian manufacturing on the global stage.”

At its stand, APL presented a spectrum of cutting-edge products, each designed to meet the evolving needs of the printing industry. Among the highlights were APL’s Quantum Jet; 3D Foiling Evolution machine; and UV LED systems

However, stealing the spotlight was APL’s 3D Foiling machine, which garnered significant attention for its multifaceted capabilities. Visitors were particularly impressed by its ability to integrate cast and cure, cold foil, hot foil, and LED UV drying systems into a single machine, offering unparalleled quality and efficiency.

“The response to our 3D Foiling machine was overwhelming. Visitors were not only impressed by its technological prowess but also by the potential cost savings and performance enhancements it offers,” Paul added.

According to Paul, visitors from more than 50 countries flocked to APL Machinery, reflecting the widespread global interest in its products. The event proved to be a resounding success, securing 18 substantial order bookings and generating a wealth of promising leads.

“Based on the connections made at drupa 2024, we foresee substantial business growth over the next four years,” Paul added. “We anticipate an annual growth rate of 20-25%, highlighting the significant impact of participating in such international exhibitions.”

Looking ahead, APL Machinery aims to enhance its future participation by expanding its stand space to accommodate more visitors comfortably. It also plans to bolster its pre-show marketing efforts to attract a targeted audience effectively.

“For future exhibitors, early preparation and innovative displays are key,” said Paul. “Digital marketing can amplify your reach, while active engagement with visitors can convert leads into tangible opportunities.”
