
Effective 1 July 2025, Angela Strigl will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Brückner Group SE, headquartered in Siegsdorf. She transitions to this role from Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH, where she has served as CFO for the past three and a half years. Robin Schaede will succeed her in this position.

Strigl brings over two decades of experience in finance, tax consulting, and international accounting. Over the years, she has built an impressive career across various renowned organizations in industry, consulting, and finance.
Since January 2022, she has served as CFO of Brückner Maschinenbau, a leading global manufacturer of machinery for plastics processing. Before that, she spent nearly five years as CFO of PackSys Global AG in Switzerland, an internationally active specialist in packaging machinery. Both companies are part of the Brückner Group.
Strigl began her journey with Brückner Group as head of finance & controlling. She also gained significant consulting experience as Director of International Tax at Deloitte & Touche, where she advised mid-sized companies on restructuring, tax optimization, and international tax matters.
With her broad expertise spanning financial strategy, tax law, and international corporate governance, Strigl is expected to bring fresh perspectives to drive the Brückner Group’s long-term and sustainable growth. She succeeds Maximilian Schneider, who is retiring after 25 years of service with the group.
Robin Schaede appointed CFO
Brückner Maschinenbau has appointed Robin Schaede as its new chief financial officer, following Angela Strigl’s move to the holding company. Schaede is an internationally experienced CFO with a strong track record across family-owned businesses, private equity, and publicly traded firms.
He has led initiatives to optimize corporate structures, relocate services, digitalize financial processes, and execute M\&A transactions. Most recently, Schaede served as CFO of Technotrans SE, a publicly listed engineering company. There, he played a key role in strategic and structural reorganization and was instrumental in setting up shared service centers.
