Long-standing business partners All4Labels Global Packaging Group and Actega have agreed to advance and exclusively employ Actega’s Signite technology by All4Labels in the European market. Signite is a unique decoration technology that significantly reduces waste by eliminating printing substrates. It offers improved design flexibility and ultimately enables improved reuse and recycling.

Paloma Alonso, All4Labels CEO, says,“We promote continuous and sustainable investment in research and development across the board to provide our customers with comprehensive support, guide the development of labels and promote sustainable decisions. Our partnership with Actega is heading in exactly this direction: this innovative technology will open huge opportunities, even for markets that do not use labels today. This breakthrough solution not only significantly reduces waste and improves recyclability and reuse, but also offers tremendous design flexibility for brand owners. This technology will let brand owner reduce their net greenhouse emissions compared to traditional printing and move closer to achieving the Fit for 55 EU’s target.”

Thorsten Kröller, president division Actega, highlights, “We see All4Labels as the ideal and strong partner to further develop this innovative technology and bring it first to the European market. All4Labels will help brand owners achieve their sustainability targets as well as achieve unique aesthetics for premium labeling. I am convinced that the agreement will have a huge impact on the transformation of the industry in alignment with the vision of our sustainability roadmap at Actega.”
