Aerolam expands in North India with new Bhiwadi plant

-

Aerolam, a global packaging and insulation solution provider, has launched its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The company made a significant investment of INR 30 crore to establish this plant, showcasing its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and meeting the growing demand for insulation products in India.

Strategically located in Bhiwadi, the plant covers approximately 65,000 square feet. The facility will produce two insulation products – bubble insulation and XLPE foam insulation – designed for high thermal resistance, durability, lightweight, and moisture resistance. The plant has an initial production capacity of 250 tonnes per month, with the potential for future expansion by an additional 250 tonnes per month.

Both bubble insulation and XLPE foam insulation are popular choices for under-deck roofing in new or existing metal buildings, wall insulation, and poultry or cow shed insulation. However, XLPE insulation stands out as a high-performance solution for HVAC, textile, and building applications, thanks to its excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties and high fire safety ratings, making it ideal for demanding environments. Additionally, Aerolam’s Bubble and XLPE insulation feature a dust-free, easy-to-handle design for efficient installation with minimal disruption.

Brijesh Patel, MD of Aerolam, said, “With this new manufacturing plant, we aim to serve our clients better and elevate our efforts to widen reach businesses at all levels. We have also obtained GreenPro Certificate by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), (CII). This will help our clients to make conscious decisions about eco-friendly insulation. Through these innovative products, we intend to play a vital role in fostering a more sustainable and energy-efficient world.”

On the performance of the products, Patel added, “Our premium engineered insulation products bring greater energy efficiency (+_100 C). This helps businesses to save energy consumption while maintaining productivity and a comfortable working environment. These products will also help entrepreneurs enhance their product performance and overall improve their market competitiveness. I’m confident that our innovative approach and commitment to superior quality will undoubtedly make a positive impact on both the economy and the environment.”
